I'm Alexandra, a Certified Somatic Movement Healer and Holistic Coach dedicated to helping women reconnect with their bodies through intuitive, expressive movement.

After years of feeling disconnected from my own body, I discovered the transformative power of somatic dance — a practice that goes beyond choreography to unlock deep emotional release, restore nervous system balance, and cultivate radical self-trust.

Now, I guide others on this same journey. Whether you're healing from burnout, processing stored emotions, or simply craving a deeper relationship with your body, I'm here to hold space for your transformation. I am here to teach freedom.
What Is Somatic Dance Coaching?

Somatic Dance is an Eastern, body-first approach to healing and self-discovery.
Rather than learning steps, you learn to listen — to the wisdom your body already holds. Through guided movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation practices, you'll release what no longer serves you and step into a more vibrant, authentic version of yourself.

Do I need dance experience to work with you?
Absolutely not! Somatic dance is not about technique or choreography — it's about listening to your body and allowing natural, intuitive movement to emerge. All bodies and all levels of experience are welcome.
What happens during a 1:1 session?
Each session begins with a brief check-in and breathwork to help you arrive in your body. From there, I guide you through somatic movement explorations tailored to what your body needs that day. We close with integration and reflection. Sessions are typically 60 minutes.
Can somatic dance help with anxiety or trauma?
Yes. Somatic practices are deeply supportive for processing stored emotions, regulating the nervous system, and releasing trauma held in the body. While I am not a therapist, somatic dance coaching is a powerful complement to therapeutic work and can facilitate profound healing.
Are sessions available online?
Yes! I offer both in-person and virtual sessions so you can experience somatic dance coaching from the comfort and safety of your own space. All you need is a quiet room where you can move freely.
How many sessions will I need?
Every journey is unique. Some clients experience shifts after just one session, while others benefit from ongoing work over several weeks or months. I recommend starting with a single session or the 8-week Embodiment Program for the deepest transformation.
